The Kantivo Platform has three distinct user types, each with their own portal, capabilities, and purpose. Here's how they work together.

🏢 Organization Administrator

The business owner who runs the show.

When you sign up for a Kantivo Platform subscription, you become an Organization Administrator (org admin). You're the founder of your organization on the platform — you set up partner programs, manage your team, configure checkout links, and monitor performance.

Org admins don't earn commissions — they pay commissions. Your role is to build and manage the sales network that drives revenue for your business.

Org Admin Role Hierarchy

Within an organization, admins can have different permission levels:

Owner — Full access, created at signup (1 per org)
Admin — Full access, can manage partners and reps
Member — Limited administrative access
Read-only — View dashboards and reports only

🤝 Partner

Earn recurring commissions by referring customers.

A Partner is someone who promotes and sells on behalf of an organization. Partners sign up under a specific organization's partner program and receive a unique referral code to track their sales.

There are four partner types, each with different investment levels, commission rates, and capabilities:

💼 Salesperson

Boots on the ground — make sales, earn commissions.

A Salesperson (also called a Sales Rep) is someone who actively sells on behalf of an organization or a partner. Unlike partners, salespersons are created by an admin or partner — they don't self-signup.

Salespersons can work in two arrangements:

Direct Salesperson Reports directly to the organization. Created by an org admin.
Partner's Salesperson Works under a specific partner (e.g. a Reseller's sales team). Created by the partner.
Unique referral code (prefixed with SR-)
View own sales and commission earnings
Connect Stripe for automatic payouts
Track own performance metrics
Cannot self-signup (must be invited)
Cannot recruit other salespersons
