The Kantivo Platform has three distinct user types, each with their own portal, capabilities, and purpose. Here's how they work together.

When you sign up for a Kantivo Platform subscription, you become an Organization Administrator (org admin). You're the founder of your organization on the platform — you set up partner programs, manage your team, configure checkout links, and monitor performance.
Org admins don't earn commissions — they pay commissions. Your role is to build and manage the sales network that drives revenue for your business.
Admin Portal — accessible from your organization's admin URL. This is separate from the Partner Portal. You'll log in with the email and password you used when you registered your organization.

A Partner is someone who promotes and sells on behalf of an organization. Partners sign up under a specific organization's partner program and receive a unique referral code to track their sales.
There are four partner types, each with different investment levels, commission rates, and capabilities:

A Salesperson (also called a Sales Rep) is someone who actively sells on behalf of an organization or a partner. Unlike partners, salespersons are created by an admin or partner — they don't self-signup.
Salespersons can work in two arrangements:
Partner Portal — click the Sales Rep tab on the login page. You'll log in with the credentials provided by your partner or organization admin when they added you.
